Pregnancy Week 19

Your baby this week

Your baby weighs about approximately 8 1/2 ounces and measures approximately 6 inches, head to bottom. His/her arms and legs are in the right proportions to each other and the rest of your baby's body now. The motor neurons between the muscles and the brain are connecting, giving him/her control over body movements. The kidneys continue to make urine and the hair on the scalp is growing.
